Visualization Reports : Auto Data Sync

Once we do initial load for reports , will the newly introduced entities in system auto sync and reflect in reports ? 

I know there is an app https://docx.syndigo.com/docs/visualization-data-initial-load?highlight=Inital%20Load to do delta load of data for reports , but is there any scheduler available to do same ? 

The way we have for reference impact processing , anything for this reports too ?
