How to add New Search Tab in navigation menu

Hi Team,

I would like to know, how we can add new search domain to our navigation menu.

Attached is the Screenshot. 

Here is the scenario for the Content Block.

Lets consider in the real application, there will be some common content which will be displayed for few of the product so we consider to create a new entity as content block in thing model and it will be link to product or sku or some other entity.

So we want a different search tab were it will navigate to only content block entities or any other specific entities..

  Hi Kajal,

  I understand your scenario , But the Content Block Being part of Thing domain only , I would suggest you to try creating a Saved search for it , 

  This way it will be available for user right on home page [ lesser clicks ] 

  And User will lend on search page with Contentblock filtered by default so it would give the look and feel you are trying to achieve.

  Note : The search options in navigation are mostly distributed as per the Domain and Content block is not a separate Domain , so I do not think it is something doable. [ If you find a way to do it still ,please update here too ]

  Hi Archana,

  Absolutly, the Saved Search is always available for this scenario. However we also wanted to try if this kind of configuration is possible or not in the system.
