    Hi Kajal,

I have also configured this uomLength for one of my attribute and  its showing symbols only for me

This is how my model looks

Just to Cross verify , this is an  OOTB UOM , and in  model the unitSymbol is marked as Identified and Unit name is marked as externalName , Can you validate same is for you too ? and there are no changes made to this OOTB UOM ?

    Hi Archana,

Yes, we have verified UOM Model and its correct. I mean "unitsymbol" attr is marked as IS ENTITY IDENTIFIER to Yes and "unitname" attr is marked as IS ENTITY EXTERNAL NAME to Yes.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

We need to change the "UOM Display Mode" to Unit Symbol from "My Settings" of the tenant.

    Now it is working fine.
