How to resolve "Exceeded Execution Time." troubleshooting event.
We are currently experiencing recurring troubleshooting events in the Production environment, specifically related to a business rule where Syndigo is generating the error message: “Exceeded Execution Time.” This issue is impacting our PROD tenant, and we are trying to better understand the root causes behind these events & how to resolve them.

can you share your BR definition? also in this list of error, there will be column whrere it shows how much time this BR took to get this error can you share that as well?

Depending on the logic within your BR, you might be able to split the rule into two - having two smaller rules is often preferred too having a single large rule - for this you could use the "SetGlobalVariable" and "GetGlobalVariable" to pass information from the first rule to the second rule.
If you want to have single BR and have the messages cleaned up, then as Shailesh mentioned, please provide the rule logic, so that we can provide better assistance.
